Kriya yoga
Kriya yoga is the ancient yoga system introduced by Mahavatar BabajiThrough has
disciple Lahiri Mahasaya, (1861). It was bought to International awareness by
ParamahansaYogananda’s book Auto bibliography of a yogi, he took kriya yoga
and practice to the were people from 1920.
Kriya yoga- Yoga of Action
Kriya yoga consists of Pranayama, Mantra and Mudra, is a Physiological method
by which the human blood is decarbonized and recharged with oxygen.
The purpose of the Kriya yoga is to diminish the root causes of suffering and to
move us closer towards ultimate Freedom or Samadhi.
